An experienced team of southern Arizona real estate professionals based in Tucson. Established in 1973, we serve land owners, production and custom home builders, developers and investors, working closely with engineers, planners and contractors to maximize the value of your land.


Our extensive experience developing subdivisions sets us apart from other brokers and frequently brings sellers and buyers together where entitlements and site work are a factor in the transaction. We represent local landowners and production and custom homebuilder clients including D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes, KB Home, US Home / Lennar, Richmond American Homes, Meritage Homes, AF Sterling, Pepper Viner Homes, Fairfield Homes and Canoa Development.

Land Development

Due diligence review of all documents, zoning, ordinances, planning status, improvements and utilities. Feasibility analysis, timeline and construction budgeting. Bidding, managing and coordinating the surveyor and engineers (archeological, geotechnical, materials, planning and traffic). Value engineering guidance of the engineers preparing subdivsion plats and improvement plans. Coordination of the design and contracts for electric, telephone, gas and CATV utility companies. Bidding, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring of the installation of land infrastructure including grading, drainage, sewer systems, water systems, “dry” utilities, paving and landscaping. Review and approval of all invoices and lien waivers. Coordination of the final release of assurances.


For select projects we land bank builders, providing funding for and oversight of the completion of site improvements so the builder only pays for finished lots on a rolling option.
